Heavy-Duty Steel Structure
Our courts are constructed using robust 80 x 80 x 4mm steel frame pillars, with reinforced double corner posts for additional structural strength and stability. Every court is securely fixed using professional Hilti-type expansion anchors, ensuring maximum rigidity and long-term reliability.
For projects requiring enhanced structural performance, an optional 100 x 100 x 3mm steel frame is also available.
Professional Mesh System
Each court features 50 x 50 x 4mm electro-welded mesh, seamlessly integrated into the steel framework. This design not only enhances player safety by eliminating protruding fixings but also delivers the consistent ball rebound expected from professional-quality padel courts.
Tempered Safety Glass
We use premium 10mm or 12mm tempered safety glass, manufactured to withstand the demands of competitive play while providing outstanding visibility for both players and spectators.
Our glass panels combine exceptional strength with crystal-clear viewing, creating a premium playing environment.
High Performance Artificial Turf
Choose between monofilament or textured artificial grass, both specifically developed for padel tennis.

Professional LED Court Lighting

Premium Protective Finish
Every steel component is finished using a high-quality galvanised powder-coated system, providing outstanding resistance against corrosion, weathering and everyday wear.
